Return and Refund Policy

 

At The Jersey Plug, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with our NBA jerseys. Please review the following guidelines for returns and refunds:

 

1. Eligibility for Full Refund:

Customers are eligible for a full refund if the jersey is returned in new condition with all original labels and tags intact.

The jersey must appear to be unused, unmarked, and in its original packaging.

The return must be initiated and the item sent back within 28 days of receipt of the sale.

 

2. Return Shipping Costs:

The cost of returning the item is the sole responsibility of the customer. We do not cover return shipping costs.

 

3. Condition-Based Refund Adjustments:

If the labels or tags have been removed or if the jersey is not in new condition, a partial refund may be issued.

The partial refund amount will be determined on a case-by-case basis, depending on the condition of the item upon its return.

 

4. Return Process:

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team through the contact us page to receive return instructions.

Refunds will be processed within 5 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
